Welcome

Welcome to my new site.  I loved my wix site, but they were limiting things I could do without charging me a lot of money.  You know how the saying goes; "Starving Artist".  It's true.  I can't throw money into the wind.  So we moved everything over here and so far I'm happy with how it's going.  This site will be a little different in that it is a blogger site, not a normal website.  But I think my fans will like it because it allows me to interact with them more.  Please feel free to comment on posts, ask questions, etc.  I am excited for this new venture on my journey.  I have been working hard on new artwork, and my mom has been working hard on editing everything so we can add it to the store.  Be patient as we move everything over to this new site.  It's a slow process with both of us working.  But I think in the end, you will enjoy what we've done.  Thank you for your support!!!

Art Evolution

 I decided to redraw some of my older drawings.  

The first Deadpool was from 2017, so I was only 13 when I drew him.  He has been pretty popular.  The second one is from this year.  I haven't done a lot of male anatomy.  I find it difficult.  But I really wanted to make myself start practicing.  I want to be able to draw anyone.  I was happy with how this one turned out.  I still need lots more practice, but I think I've come a long way.

 

This is one of my own characters.  I don't have a name for her yet.  Mom calls her Planet Head Girl.  LOL.  I drew the first one when I was 15.  I would say I have improved over the last two years.  We both grew up.

How it started

I wanted to add some things that were included in the old site. This is one of my proudest moments. This is the very first print I ever sold. The guy was so sweet and excited to buy it. This was at Wichicon, my first show ever, and I was so nervous. It wasn't a huge show, and we didn't make a ton of money, but it was way more than I could have imagined I would make, and I met so many people who fell in love with my artwork. This customer and this comic con is what made me believe in myself and continue in the world of art.

As some of you may have noticed, my fanart isn't available on my merchandise page. Our merchandise is sold through redbubble, who only allows fanart through the companies it has contracts with. If you would like any of my fanart on a t-shirt, please contact me.

Trying a different style

 My mom likes this one because she says it looks like a Disney drawing.  

Bulbasaur

 This was supposed to be a commission, but she never paid for it or picked it up.  We will probably make it available at our next comic-con.  I love how this one turned out.
